Create a very cool warped blur effect using the chrome filter, and other various techniques.

Step 1. Start off with a new 400x400 px document.

Step 2. Press D to reset your colors.

Step 3. Make your background black.

Step 4. Go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare (100%, Movie Prime), and place them like I have below.


Step 5. Next goto Filter > Sketch > Chrome (10,7).


Step 6. Now duplicate the layer.

Step 7. Now on the new layer go to Filter > Render > Clouds. Next go up to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds, and finally Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. Now change the blending mode to "Linear Dodge."


Step 8.Now go up to Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation (CTRL + U) and check the "Colorize" box, and choose a color you like. I used (190,50,0). Now u should have somthing like below


Step 9. Merge them together now (Ctrl + E). And your good!
