Create the Ultimate Texture Effect , you can use this for anything!

Step 1: Create a new document and make the BG black.

Step 2: Fist go up to Filter > Render > clouds.

Step 3: Then go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen. Hit+F 4 times.

Step 4: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter > Brush Stroke > Angled Stroke

.

Step 5: Put the blending mode on lighten and merge layers.



Step 6: Duplicate the layer and hit CTrl+Alt+U use my settings.



Step 7: Put the blending mode on Overlay , and put the fill to 75%. merge layers.



Step 8: Go up to Filter > Brush STrokes > Accented Edge. use my setttings.
