Step
1: Open a new document and 400x400 pixles and make the bg black.
Step 2: Go up to Filter > Render > Lens Flare. use my settings.
Step 3: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter > Artistic > Palette
knife.
Step 4: put the blending mode on Linear Dodge and merge layers.
Step 5: Now go up to Filter > Artistic > PLastic wrap. use my settings.
Step 6: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter > Brush Strokes > Spatter.
use my settings.
Step 7: Put the Blending mode on lighten and Take your Eraser tool
and and start deleting random parts of the layer. i used Brush size
100, but you guys can use whatever you want. (merge layers)
Step 8: Duplicate the layer and Hit CTRL+I (Invers colors) then go to FIlter
> Sketch > Chrome. Use my settings.
Step 9: Put the Blending mode on Difference and merge layers.
Step 10: Duplicate the layer again and Hit CTRL+ALT+U and use my
settings.
Put the Blendimg mode on Soft Light and merge layers.
