Learn how to create this great sketchy scraped chrome effect.

Step 1: New document, 400x400, black background.Step 2: Filter > Render > Lens Flare (35mm Prime).

Step 3: Filter > Distort > Twirl (200px).

Step 4: Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation (305,65,0).

Step 5: Duplicate the layer, Filter > Sketch > Chrome (10,0). Set the blending mode to "Color Dodge," and go up to Layer > Merge Down. Add some text and whatever you think looks good.
