Create a very simple melted red warp effect.|First
start off by making a new document 350x300px, and fill the background black.
Than go up to Filter->Render->Lens Flare (Options: Movie Prime). Center the
Lens Flare like below.
Next go up to Filter->Sketch->Chrome (Options: 10,10). Duplicate the
layer now, you should now have something like below and two identical layers.
With your new top layer selected, hit CTRL + I to invert it, it should
now be opposite colors. Bust out your level controls by hitting CTRL + L, make
your settings like below and hit OK!
Now with that done, go up to Filter->Blur->Radial Blur (Options: 100,
Zoom, Best) and hit OK! Now go up to Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation and
check the colorize box, choose any color you want, I chose red. Hit OK! And
put that layers blending mode on Color Dodge. Your done!
