Create a beautiful bright heaven feel effect.

Step 1: Open a new document 400x400 pixles, make the bg black.

Step 2: Go up to Filter->Render->Lens flare. use my settings.



Step 3: Duplicate the layer and Go up to Filter->Artistic->Colored pencil. Put tle blending mode on Linear Dodge, and merge layers.



Step 4: Duplicate the layer and go up to Filter->Blur->Motion blur. use my settings.



Step 5: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter->Distort->Wave. use my settings. Put the blending mode on Screen and merge layers.



Step 6: Duplicate the layer and go to Edit->Transform->Flip Horizontal. put the blending mode on COlor dodge.



Step 7: Duplicate the layer again and go to Filter->Distrot->wave. use my settings.



Step 8: After the wave Go to Edit->Transform->Flip Vertacal. put the blending mode on Hard Light and Merge layers.



Step 9: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter->Artistic->Plastic wrap. but the blending mode on overlay and merge layers.
