Learn how to create a very effective puddle
of water, an astonishing effect!|1. Start off with a new 400 x 400 pixel document
with a black background.
3. Go up to Filter > Render > Lens Flare. Use the settings like below
and you can place the flare anywhere that suits you.
You can use more than one flare simply by going to Filter > Render > Lens
Flare again except place it in a different location, do this so you have
three flares.
4. Now go up to Filter > Sketch > Chrome with these settings:
5. To add the blue with a bit of the light effect to it go to... Filter
> Render > Lighting Effects.
On here I used the style 'Blue Omni' because its suitable for chrome metal,
however if you want a different color simply change the color box from blue
to the color you want however it may require some other changes like the Gloss
so tweak the settings a little till you are satsified.
