Create this symbol Grid in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Create a new Document 400x400px and make the bg black.

Step 2: Go to Filter > Texture > Stained Glass, use my settings.



Step 3: Duplicate the layer and take your Magic wand tool and Click in the black area to select the outside part of the texture.



Step 4: Now Hit Delete one time and then Hit CTrl+D to deselect. now go down to your Layer styles Tab and hit OuterGlow. use my settings.



Step 5: Merge layers and you should have something like this.



Step 6: Duplicate the layer and go to edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. put the blending mode on Linear Dodge and merge layers.



Step 7: Duplicate the layer again and go to Eidt > Transform > Flip Vertical. put the blending mode on lighten and merge layers.
