Create this awesome abstract green light effect.

Step 1: Open a new document nad make it 400x400 pixles, make bg black.

STep 2:Now take your brush tool (use my settings) and draw what i have below.



Step 3:NOw after drawing that, duplicate the layer and go to Filter->distort->Twirl. use my settings below.(put the blending mode on Linear Dodge)(Merge layers).



THis is what i have



Step 4:Now Duplicate the layer and go to Filter->Distort->Wave Use my settings below. (Note your wave may turn out different them mine)



Step 5:Now with the same layer selected go Hit CTRL+ALT+U and use my settings below.



Step 6:Duplicate the layer again and go up to Edit->Transform->Flip Horizontal. Put the Blending mode on Lighten.(Merge layers)Merge onto bg.



Step 7:Duplicate the layer again and go up to Edit->Transform->Flip Vertical. Put the blending mode on lighten. (merge layers) this is what i got.



Step 8:Duplicate the layer and do a Raidial Blure on 40, press f like 4 times and then put the blending mode on Lighten.
