Learn how to give images that awesome glamour photo effect!

Step 1: Start off with the photo you would like to apply this to. This effect works best on crystal clear digital quality pictures, especially if there is a lot of bright spots!


Step 2: Duplicate the layer, and go up to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (Settings: 10px). Set the blending mode to "Color Dodge."


Step 3: Now the next part is all about getting it perfect, I set my Fill to 70% to achieve the result I thought was best, try it out now! Experiment and play with the values.
