Creat this very cool galixy wind effect.

Step 1: Creat a new document 400x400 pixles, make the bg black.

Step 2: Go up to FIlter->Render->Clouds.

Step 3:Duplicate the layer and go to Filter->Artistic->Plastic wrap. use my settings.



Step 4:Duplicte the layer again and put the blending mode on overlay, merge layers.



Step 5:Duplicate the layer again and go up to edit->Transform->Flip horizontal. put the blending mode on pin light.



Step 6:Duplicate the layer one more time and go up to edit->Transform->Flip vertical. put the blending mode on pin light.(merge layers)



Step 7:Duplicate the layer and go to Filter->Artistic->Pain Daubs. use my settnigs.



Step 8:Now hit CTRL+ALT+U use my settings.



Step 9:Put the blending mode on Hard Light and merge layers.



Step 10:Duplicate again and go to Filter->Blur->Radial blur. use my settings.



Step 11:Now hit CTRL+ALT+U again and use my setttings.



Step 12:Now go to Filter->Sharpen->sharpen Hit f 3 times. after that go to Filter->Blur->Radial blur, same settings as befor.



Step 13:Put the blending mode on lighten.
