Create this Amazing Glalactic Light!
it is Sweet!
Step 1: Open a new document 400x400 pixles, make the bg balck.
Step 2: Go up To Filter > Distort > Diffuse Glow.
Step 3: Go up To Filter > Artistic > Plastic wrap.
Step 4: Duplicate the layer and go to FIlter > Brush Strokes > DarkStrokes.
Step 5: Put the blending mode on Pin light and merge layers.
Step 6: Duplicate the layer again to Filter > Blure > Radial Blure.
Use my setttings. (Hit f Three times After apllying the blur)
Step 7: Now hit Ctrl+Alt+U , use my settings.
Step 8: Put the blending mode on lighten and merge layers.
Step 9: Duplicate the layer and go to Filter > Distort > Wave.
use my setttings.
Step 10: Put the blending mode on lighten. (Dont Merge)
Step 11: Duplicate the layer and go to Edit > Transform > FLip vertical.
Duplicate again and Go to Filter > Edit > FLip Horizontal. Duplicate one
more time and go to Filter > Edit > FLip Vertical.
