Learn how to take a beautiful woman, and manipulate the photo with a cold ice effect.

Step 1: Open the photo up you would like to manipulate. Try using a black and white image.


Step 2: Duplicate the layer and go up to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation


Step 3: Now go up to Filter > Distort > Wave, and use these settings. Remember you will never get the same effect, just hit Randomize or tweak the settings till you get something similar, or something you like!


Step 4: Now put the layers blending mode to "Linear Burn," and merge the layers together. Layer > Merge Down (CTRL + E).


Step 5: I than duplicated the layer again, do another Hue/Saturation using the same settings. Next go up to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur, use the settings below.


Step 6: I than put thte layers blending mode to "Hard Light," because I thought it looked good, feel free to change it and mess around though.
