Learn how to create a cool circuit water effect.

Step 1: Start off with a new 350x300px document, and fill the background black. Hit the letter "D" on your keyboard to reset the colors. Now go up to Filter->Render->Clouds.


Step 2: Go up to Filter->Render->Lens Flare (Settings: Movie Prime), put three lens flare like below.


Step 3: Now go up to Filter->Sketch->Chrome (Settings: 10,10).


Step 4: Now duplicate the layer, and with the new layer selected, go up to Filter->Sketch->Water Paper (Settings: 15,60,80).


Step 5: Put the new layers blending mode on "Lighten". And merge the layers by going up to Layer->Merge Down.


Step 6: Now go up to Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation (Settings: Colorize BOX CHECKED), choose any color you prefer by moving the sliders around.
