Step
1: First start off by creating a document 400 by 400 pixels and than hit the
letter "D" on your keyboard to reset your colors. Now select your gradient tool.
And use the settings that I have below.
Step 2: Now just start dragging lines all over till you get something
crazy likes this.
Step 3: Now duplicate the layer and with the top layer selected go up
to Filter -> Sketch -> Chrome. Use the default settings and hit OK. Now go up
to Filter -> Brush Strokes -> Angled Strokes. And use the default settings and
just hit OK. You should now have something like this.
Step 4: Now with the top layer still selected go up to Image -> Adjustments
-> Levels (Ctrl + L). And mess with the settings until you get something like
this, remember you should have two layers.
Step 5: Now with the top layer still selected. Go up to Image -> Adjustments
-> Hue/Saturation. And use the settings I have below.
Step 6: Now set the top layers blending mode to Color Dodge. Now with
the top layer selected, go up to Layer -> Merge Down (Ctrl + E). So you should
now have this sexy piece of art on one layer. The End.
