learn how to create a cool blue design.|1. Start with a new 400x400 pixel black backround.

2. Go to Filter > Render > Lense flare. (Movie Prime/Brightness 100%) Put it in the top left corner.

3. Duplicate the layer and set the blending mode to lighten, go to Edit > Transform > Rotate 180. Then merge the layers.


4. Go to Filter > Sketch > Chrome, ( Detail 10/Smoothnees 0).


5. Duplicate the layer 2 times and set the blending mode for each on lighten.

6. Go to Filter > Distort > Twirl. For the first layer do 150 and for the second do -150. Merge the layers.


7. Do a Hue/Stauration (ctrl+u) check the "colorize" box, use the settings (230/100/0)

8. Duplicate the layer set the blending mode to lighten, go to Edit > Transform > Flip > Horizontal and merger the layers.
